Precautions for 200L silicone kneader machine
*Power supply requirements:380V 50Hz
1. The main power cord uses 15 square of copper wire or 30 square
of aluminum wire.
2 The main power air switch uses 150A.
3. Reducer oil type, add No. 320 gear oil in summer.
In winter, add No. 220 gear oil and add 30 kg.
Replace the gear oil one month after first use and every six months
thereafter.
4. Add No. 380 thermal oil to the heating jacket and add 40 kg.
5. Add 20 kg of hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank.
6. Add butter to the four bearings once per shift.
7. When starting up the machine for the first time, turn on the
main motor first. If the main motor's steering direction matches
the factory steering arrow, you can start the hydraulic motor. If
it does not match, first adjust the position of any two phases of
the main power supply.
8. The usage process of the kneader requires that you start it up
first and then add materials.
9. The two large gears on the equipment require a certain amount of
butter to be touched on them regularly.
