Vulcanizing Press Machine applies to all kinds of rubber (natural
rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber
ext. ) vulcanizing and compression molding.
Rubber vulcanizing press machine can be used to make O ring,
sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air
spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper,
silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge
bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators etc..
The frame plate rubber vulcanizing press machine is designed for
the production of rubber tires and other rubber and silicone
products. The vulcanizing machine is used for the manufacturing of
hand cart tires, rubber wheels, and tractor tires, along with
O-rings, sealing elements, textile equipment, rubber rollers and
many more products.
Product description
1. Custom service. The hot plate dimension, layers, pressures and
other parameters of vulcanizing machine can be customized to meet
client demands.
2. This series of vulcanizing machine can be equipped with a PLC
automatic control system for automatic exhaust functionality. The
exhaust period, interval and times can all be freely adjusted. The
machine also has the function of automatic pressure compensation to
compensate the decrease of the pressure during vulcanization.
3. Installation consulting service. Some large-scale vulcanizing
machines need to be disassembled into several boxes before
delivery. We will take photos of these processes for client
convenience. As for large- scale and complex vulcanizing machines,
we recommend our clients to use our professional assembly workers
for onsite assembly and installation.
