The Plate Vulcanizing Machine, also known as Rubber Mat
Manufacturing Machine, is a core hydraulic equipment in the rubber
industry designed for vulcanization molding of rubber mats, rubber
sheets, sealing gaskets, and other products under high temperature
and pressure conditions.
Working Principle
Vulcanization involves rubber materials undergoing a cross-linking
reaction under controlled conditions of temperature (140-180°C),
pressure (50-2000 tons), and time (5-30 minutes) to form an
elastic, durable three-dimensional network structure.
- Feed rubber material into the machine
- Close the mold under hydraulic pressure
- Heat and maintain pressure for vulcanization
- Cool and demold to obtain finished rubber mat products
Main Structure
- Rack: High-strength steel plate welding, including upper/lower beams and
columns, designed to withstand high pressure
- Hot Plates: Made of high-quality steel with electric heating tubes or oil
heating channels; temperature uniformity of ±1-2°C
- Hydraulic System: Provides clamping force with oil pump, motor, cylinder and control
valve; stepless pressure adjustment
- Control System: PLC + intelligent temperature controller with automatic
temperature control, timing, pressure maintenance and deflation
functions
