Three, the main performance characteristics
1, the model is a combination of mechanical, electrical and
hydraulic technology, with automatic performance.
2, the main machine adopts column type and frame plate two kinds of
structure, the main body is bright, clean, good rigidity, the
hydraulic cylinder on the beam, the moving platform, the use of
ductile iron, the main machine performance is stable and durable.
3, the hydraulic part adopts two ways, one is single pump drive,
simple structure, convenient, reliable performance, generally used
in small tonnage equipment, one is double pump combination, fast
speed, high pressure, generally used in large tonnage equipment.
4, electrical parts of reliable quality, more accurate temperature
control. The heating connection part is connected with high
temperature resistant wire, which has good reliability.
5. The electric heating system uses tubular resistance heaters,
which are installed in the hot plate to heat the heating plate
(customers without boilers). Power saving, no gumming, hot plate
temperature uniform, good insulation performance, is the ideal
heating method.
6, the machine material selection is good, the processing range is
wide, the indicators can meet the standard requirements of
HG/T3034-1999, has a good price performance ratio.
